iLuv iMM514 ArtStation Pro Review

Ever looked at your iPad and wished it was an iMac? Probably not, but the new iLuv iPad dock goes some way to making that dream a reality anyway. Attach your iPad to the dock and get a Bluetooth keyboard and it actually feels a bit like working on a desktop iMac. It works well when watching media, because you're able to adjust the arm to angle the iPad for watching movies comfortably.

Canon EOS 600D Review

Canon's triple-digit EOS line has traditionally catered for those dipping their toes into DSLR photography, but as successive models have acquired more functionality, they've ventured further into enthusiast territory.
The Canon 600D sits somewhere in between the two camps, with a small form and entry-level styling, but many features inherited from the enthusiast EOS 60D. Even so, it varies in only a handful of ways to the previous EOS 550D, and arrives only a year after that model. So, is the new arrival simply a stop-gap model, a retort to competitors gaining ground with their own offerings? Or it just the next logical step in a series long seen as a barometer of DSLR technology?

Panasonic GF3 Review

Panasonic's GF3 is the smallest, lightest, Micro Four Thirds compact system camera (CSC) that the company has introduced to date. In fact, it's so small that at first glance you could be forgiven for confusing this latest model with Panasonic's top-end compact camera, the LX5.Unlike the Panasonic LX5, however, the Lumix GF3 accepts interchangeable lenses and the reduction in size has, in part, been achieved by a redesign of the lens mount box.

Samsung SH100 Review

As part of the Cutting Edge range in Samsung's line-up, the SH100 shouldn't really be into looks. It should be all about the technology, but what Samsung has produced is a snazzy little unit stuffed with features.
With an oversized lens barrel to hold the 5x optical zoom this gives a range of 26 – 130mm in 35mm terms. On the back is a 3-inch touch sensitive LCD screen with 320,000 dots (106,666 pixels) with all the features and modes accessed directly from it.

Nikon D5100 Review

Nikon D5100 Review: Overview
Although there has been some overlap, digital SLR development has gone through some quite distinct phases.
Initially the battle was to produce affordable models, and once this was achieved manufacturers turned their attention to producing cameras with higher pixel counts. This was followed by a push in sensitivity levels and improved low-light performance.

Canon EF 400mm f/2.8L IS II USM Review

Combine a 400mm full-frame prime lens with a fast maximum aperture of f/2.8 and there are two things you can be assured of – size and weight. The mighty Canon EF 400mm f/2.8L IS II USM measures a whopping 163 x 343mm (484mm long with the lens hood fitted) and tips the scales at 3.85kg. It's supplied in its own custom-made hard case that, in itself, exceeds the maximum carry-on size for most airlines. Indeed, you don't fit this lens to your camera, you fit the camera to the lens. But sometimes, big really is beautiful.

Nikon Coolpix S4150 Review

Released in August, the Nikon Coolpix S4150 is a mid priced compact in the Coolpix range, with a 3 inch, 460k-dot touch control LCD screen, 14 megapixel CCD image sensor and NIKKOR wide-angle 5x zoom lens. The Nikon Coolpix S4150 can be picked up for around £140, placing it in the middle range of compact cameras. It offers three different shooting modes - auto, scene and smart portrait.
